
A Delicious Mediterranean lunch aboard Andrea Jensen

It is not difficult to serve a delicious, fresh lunch onboard Andrea Jensen. I go first thing, to the local market, to buy local cheeses and prosciutto, foccacia, tomatoes and fresh basil. The olive oil is Sardinian and of course local olives are a must. We serve a pasta dish which is a local recipe, using smoked ricotta cheese (Ricotta Mustia, a local delicacy), fresh basil and baby tomatoes. This is the Mediterranean after all, so lets make the most of it!
