
Terms and Conditions
· The Skipper is responsible for the safety and wellbeing of the crew and passengers and his instructions should be followed at all times when on board to ensure the safety of all.
· The Crew will brief the passengers shortly after leaving port regarding the operation of equipment, Safety procedures including the use of lifejackets, child safety and evacuation procedures.
· Passengers should advise the crew in advance (preferable) or on arrival of any medical condition that may manifest itself during the course of the excursion.
· All bookings must be paid for (Cleared Funds) in advance of any excursion.
· It is the responsibility of the parents or guardian of young children to ensure that they are adhering to the guidelines advised during the safety briefing.
Refund Policy
· Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to booking date will be refunded in full less 10% administration costs.
· Cancellations made within the 7 days leading up to the excursion that are not re-scheduled will not be refunded.
· Cancellations made by the skipper due to adverse weather conditions or mechanical failures where that excursion cannot be mutually rescheduled will be refunded in full
Delivery Policy
Goods and services will deemed to be delivered on the day of the Boat Rental (Day Charter or extended trip) as per the pre-arranged booking or some other date as mutually re-arranged due to postponement as a result of weather conditions or failure of equipment.
Complaints
In the unlikely event that you are in any way unhappy with the excursion please advise any member of crew as soon as possible during the trip so that we can make every endeavour to improve the experience for you.
