We have lived on Andrea Jensen in Alghero for 10 years. Alghero is a city full of history. Once ruled by Aragonese King CarlosV it has a Catalan influence like no other city in Sardinia. The ancient city walls envelope a cute historical, traditional city centre full of charming little cobbled streets, bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. You will instantly fall in love with the city and the surrounding beaches like Maria Pia. Alghero on the North West coast, is a great place to base your holiday in Sardinia.
